If the extension has a toolbar, making it visible is <strong>not<\/strong> the same as enabling the extension. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gis.mtu.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/ToolNotLicensed.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gis.mtu.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/ToolNotLicensed.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"ToolNotLicensed\" width=\"548\" height=\"279\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-714\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gis.mtu.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/ToolNotLicensed.png 548w, https:\/\/www.gis.mtu.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/ToolNotLicensed-300x152.png 300w, https:\/\/www.gis.mtu.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/ToolNotLicensed-500x254.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 548px) 100vw, 548px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Note that the error message states <em>no&#8230; &#8220;license currently available or <strong>enabled<\/strong><\/em>&#8220;. The default install of ArcGIS includes all extensions, so it&#8217;s likely not enabled if you&#8217;re seeing this message.<\/p>\n<p>To remedy this, open the <strong>Customize <\/strong>menu and choose <strong>Extensions&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gis.mtu.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/extensions2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gis.mtu.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/extensions2.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"extensions2\" width=\"515\" height=\"404\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-716\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gis.mtu.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/extensions2.png 515w, https:\/\/www.gis.mtu.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/extensions2-300x235.png 300w, https:\/\/www.gis.mtu.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/extensions2-382x300.png 382w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 515px) 100vw, 515px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Check the box for any extension you wish to use, and click Close. Try re-running the tool and it should work. To verify if a license is available, open the <strong>ArcGIS Administrator<\/strong> and select the Availability panel.
